We are an age 14+ community. We know that children can be adorable, and they usually enjoy creating. And as parents, we know that sometimes you simply don’t have childcare available. But even though you’d like to bring your ‘mini me’ along with you, and you are certain that they will sit quietly while you work, this is not allowed.

Anyone under the age of 14 may ONLY enjoy the Creative Jam during hours and events specifically labeled as appropriate for their age group or designated as “All Ages” events/hours. Please look at the calendar for opportunities for those junior creatives.

Creative Jam does not accept responsibility for children under the age of 14. A parent or adult caregiver must be present with children during any registered child-friendly event.

If you have signed up for a single-session class, and now you need to reschedule your class, please purchase a Rescheduling Ticket at least 24 hours before the class start date/time. If you have missed a class and you didn’t purchase a rescheduling ticket as per above, rescheduling or credit is not available.

The rescheduling of classes is subject to availability in our other classes. In the event your request is NOT available we will contact you by email with an alternative option.

If you registered and now need to withdraw from a program, you must notify creativejamspace@gmail.com at least a full week (7 calendar days) before the start of that program. Withdrawal requests received after that date will be ineligible for any credit, rescheduling, or other refund. The date your email is sent will be considered the official withdrawal date in determining refund eligibility. A credit for the registration amount will be issued that is valid for 6 months from the start date of your original program enrollment.

On occasion, a program start date may be pushed back if enrollment goals are not met. In this instance, you will be moved to the new program date. If this new session date isn’t suitable, you will receive credit for the price of the program.

Creative Jam reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet enrollment requirements.  You will be notified of the cancellation at least one week before the start date of the program via the email you used at registration. You will be issued the option to transfer to another offering of this program, or accept a Creative Jam credit (good for 6 months from the start date of original program).

In the case that you have signed up for multi-session program, after your first session, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the program or feel it is not right for you, we will do our best to reschedule you into another class that is more in line with your goals.

If that is not suitable, we will also offer the option to give the remaining credit in the form of a Gift Certificate. Please note, the admin processing fee ($25) is deducted from the credit amount, as well as the cost of any classes you already participated in from the total fee paid.

You can refer a friend to Creative Jam in a couple of ways. One, share our calendar of events with them, so they can come to experience us.  They can complete the TOUR REQUEST. Ask them to join us at an open house night. Or if you prefer to introduce them to us via email? We love that, too. Creativejamspace@gmail.com.

If they’re ready to take the plunge and sign up for membership, the #1 best way to refer them to us is by sending them this referral link and having them sign up through that link. You can also purchase a Gift Card  for the amount of a membership and give the gift of creativity!

Don’t worry, we hate spam, too, and would never do that to you, or your friends. We’re going to add any emails to our information share list. We use our email list to share information about what makes this place so great, how our memberships work, and any exciting events that are happening.

We have some terrific people here! Join community events that you find on the Creative Jam app Or sit with another person who is open to having company at their creative workspace.
